[{"title":"1. What's Overrated Rewards?","content":"

It's our way of saying thanks for shopping K-beauty, snacks, and collectibles with us. Every dollar you spend earns points — at the Partridge Creek store or online. Stack them up, cash them in for discounts. The more you shop, the more you save. Simple.

"},{"title":"2. Do I have to pay to join?","content":"

Nope. Free forever. Just give us your email at checkout (in-store or online) and you're in. If you were a member before with our old rewards system, your points already moved over — nothing to do on your end.

"},{"title":"3. How fast do points add up?","content":"

You earn 2 points per $1. So a $30 blind box = 60 points. A $50 skincare haul = 100 points. Hit 1,000 points and you unlock Insider (1.25x earning). Hit 3,000 points and you unlock VIP (1.5x earning). Tiers stick — once you're in, you stay in.

"},{"title":"4. What can I actually get with my points?","content":"

500 points = $5 off your next order ($10 minimum). Use it on anything — blind boxes, sheet masks, plushies, snacks, whatever. Stack points across multiple visits. Redeem at the register or online at checkout.

"},{"title":"5. Do my points expire?","content":"

No. As long as you're shopping with us at least once a year, your points stay. We're not trying to play games with expiration dates.

"},{"title":"6. Why does it say my points are \"pending\"?","content":"

Points hold for 3 days after you buy something. This is just a safety window in case of returns or refunds — once those 3 days are up, your points are yours and ready to redeem. If you return something, the points from that order get pulled back. That's it.

"},{"title":"7. Can I refer my friends?","content":"

Yes. When you refer a friend, you get $10 off and they get $10 off their first $25+ order. Share your unique link from your account page. No limit on referrals.

"},{"title":"8. I shop at the store more than online — does that matter?","content":"

Not at all. Points work the same whether you're at our Partridge Creek Mall or 12 Oaks Mall location or shopping at overratedkbeauty.com. Just make sure your email is attached to your in-store purchase so points post to your account.
