Refund policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Blind boxes, opened items, and select collectible products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
