Welcome to OVERRATED. These terms apply when you use overratedkbeauty.com or buy from us online. OVERRATED Korean Beauty & More is run by OVERRATED LLC, a Michigan business. In these terms, we and us mean OVERRATED LLC, and you means anyone using our site or placing an order.

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it for you. You agree that the information you give us, including your name, address, and payment details, is accurate and yours to use.

2. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else is using it.

3. Products

We sell authentic products from brands, authorized distributors, and trusted suppliers. We work hard to show products accurately, but colors, packaging, and designs can vary slightly from photos, and brands sometimes update their packaging without notice.

Blind boxes and mystery items are packed at random. We cannot choose, guarantee, or swap a specific figure or design, and the odds of rare or secret items are set by the manufacturer, not by us.

4. Product safety

Beauty products: read the ingredient list before use and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Stop using any product that causes irritation. We are a retailer and do not give medical or skincare advice.

Food: always check the label for ingredients and allergens before eating. Many of our snacks are imported and are made in facilities that may handle nuts, wheat, soy, milk, eggs, seafood, or other allergens.

Toys and collectibles: some items contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Follow the age guidance on each package.

5. Prices and errors

Prices are listed in US dollars and can change at any time. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you receive an order confirmation. We will let you know if this happens.

6. Orders

Your order confirmation email means we received your order, not that we accepted it. We may limit quantities or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or reselling, or if we cannot verify payment or shipping details. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

7. Payment

Payment is due when you order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and the other payment providers shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.

8. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and the list of final sale items are covered in our Refund Policy. Final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or wrong.

9. Rewards and discounts

Rewards points, discount codes, and promotions have no cash value, cannot be combined unless we say so, and can be changed or ended at any time. We may cancel points or codes that were earned or used through fraud or abuse.

10. Reviews and content you share

If you post a review, photo, or comment on our site or tag us on social media, you confirm it is honest and yours to share, and you allow us to display it on our site and social channels. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we may remove content that is offensive, false, or unrelated.

11. Our content

Our logo, store name, designs, photos, and written content belong to OVERRATED LLC or the brands we carry. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission. Product names and logos belong to their brand owners.

12. Using the site

Please do not misuse the site. This includes trying to hack it, scraping it with bots, placing fake orders, or using it for anything illegal.

13. Links to other sites

Our site may link to other sites, such as brand pages or social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

14. Disclaimer

We sell products as described by their manufacturers. Except for the commitments in our Refund Policy and any warranty required by law, our site and products are provided as is, without other promises or warranties.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, OVERRATED LLC is not liable for indirect or unexpected damages from using our site or products. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Macomb County, Michigan, unless the law requires otherwise.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
