Where are your products sourced from?

We carry authentic products from Korea, Japan, China, and other countries, sourced from brands, authorized distributors, and trusted suppliers.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders of $50 or more ship free within the United States. The $50 minimum is based on your subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping in the US is $6.99 (3 to 5 business days). Express is $14.99 and Priority Express is $22.99 (1 to 3 business days). See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states, Canada, and many countries worldwide. International rates and available countries are shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery depends on the shipping method you choose:

• Standard and free Economy: 3 to 5 business days
• Express and Priority Express: 1 to 3 business days

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Store purchases can be returned at either store within 14 days with your receipt. Blind boxes and mystery items, food and drinks, slime, opened beauty products, items marked final sale, and gift cards cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or wrong. How do I start a return?

Email info@overratedkbeauty.com with your order number and the items you want to return, and we will send you return instructions.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
